    All products sold on Watchspree are guaranteed to be 100% authentic and brand new. Over the years, Watchspree has sold watches to thousands of customers from all over the world and will continue to provide excellent customer service and the best possible pricing.

    All our products come with 1-Year Warranty* (2-Year Warranty for Smartwatches), original product tag and box, unless otherwise stated.
    *Casio models starting from MQ, MW59, MW240 do not come with warranty.

    Shipping

    As tracking is not available for Singpost Normal Mail, we will not be held liable for any lost parcels/damaged items mailed out via Singpost Normal Mail.
    ‘Qxpress’ and 'Qprime' shipping options are highly recommended as tracking number will be provided.

    • All orders will be strictly inspected and securely packed in bubble wrap packaging.
    • Orders will be shipped within 2 working days once payment has been completed.
    • All orders received on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

    Do note that all overseas buyers are responsible for any customs and/or tax payable and it is not included in the item price. Please check your country customs tax before buying or bidding.

    Return and Exchange Policy

    Return/exchange requests must be sent to us via ‘Question & Answer’ section below within 1 week from the date of delivery. We will respond to your request within 1 working day.

    Faulty Products:
    • If the faulty product is in stock, a replacement will be given to the customer once the faulty product is returned to us.
    • If the faulty product is out of stock, an exchange or a full refund will be granted once the faulty product is returned to us.

    Change of Mind:
    • No full refund will be granted. Only an exchange will be granted once the product is returned to us. If exchanged item selected is higher-priced, you have to top up and if it is lower-priced, any balance will not be refunded. Every item can only be exchanged once.

    Please ensure that the returned product is in new, unused condition. Any packages received that do not conform to our rules of exchanges will be ignored

    Tes, you can bring it down to our office to do the exchange, but do take note that the watch has to be in new and unused condition. Exchange will not be granted if any adjustments have been done to the metal bracelet (whether it is by us or by a 3rd party vendor).
    Do note that top up is required if watch is more expensive than the one you buy and there will be no refund if you choose a cheaper model. And also we will not do watch reservation for exchange purpose.

    Our office address is printed on the warranty card and our operation hours is Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm and please avoid walk in during our lunch time 1pm-2pm.

    Exchange of watch must be done within 14 Days at our office after watch is received.

    Kindly open the parcel and the warranty card is inside the parcel.

    Kindly mail back the watch to us through Register Mail whereby we will not responsible for any lost in mail.
    Do provide a memo(small paper) into the parcel that indicate your name, phone number and also your order number in order for us to check for you.
    Buyer should responsible for the two way shipping fees for the exchange of watch :)
    We will inform you once we had received the parcel.
