    About cancellation.

    Dear Customer,

    These days, we received some cancellation. We respect customer's choice.

    Please cancel your items before "dispatch/shipping date" is updated.

    once dispatch/shipping date is updated, our guys engage in packing and dispatch process to delivery company.
    If the cancellation is submitted, when dispatch dated is updated, processing fee will be occured for repacking and operational process.
    (If there is no shipping update, the money will be refunded straight away to you account.)

    We seek your understanding. It affects other customer's delivery timing too. Our aim is 1~3 working days delivery for S'pore customers.

    Also some customer leave a memo. But all the orders will be process based on registered information on Qoo10.

    So if any changes are needed, it should be done by system. All the orders are not able to be processed based on memo.

    And our courier partners delivers on their time schedule.
    So we are not able to guarantee the timing. And the memo will be ignored as the courier will not deliver on the timing you request.

    Your delivery method is normal mail. And Singpost normal mail doesn't provide any trackign number or calling service.
    If the delivery address is the same, we are not able to redeliver it.

    If you choose Qxpress, we do take responsibility. But in case of normal mail, Singpost doesn't provide us anything. There was Qxpress for tracking system to ensure you item will be delivered. But you just choose cheaper but not guarantee service.

    If you have doubts on this, you can contact Singpost and ask them about normal mail.

    This item is my friend order and i want her money back!!!! I want you to give the money back!!!!!! No other talks just give the money back!!!! In the first place you sent me a pic with my name and correct mailing address BUT THE HANDPHONE WRITTEN IS WRONG!!! You called the wrong person ofcourse will and others can claim BUT YOUR STAFF WRITE THE WRONG NUMBER IS NOT MY FAULT! I JUST WANT THE MONEY BACK! Your company is the only transaction who failed my many purchases already in Qoo10!

    Please check with Singpost. They don't call before delivery incase of normal mail. And you just choose normal even we offer courier service cheaper than Singpost registered mail.

    The wrong number written on the page doesn't effect the delivery as it's not door to door service. They just deliver to your mailbox based on the address.

    The delivery fail rate is around 5~10% based on normail mail. That's why many sellers advertise its risk.
