    * Once the purchase is made, navigate to your Qoo10 account where all your orders are listed and find the top-up order.

    * If the order status is shown as "Payment Processing", kindly wait for the status to update to "On Request" (this may take a moment, so kindly wait patiently).

    * When the order status is updated to "On Request", click on the "Online Top-Up" link under "Remarks" column, following which you will see the online top-up menu.

    * Then enter the prepaid mobile number that you want to top-up and click on "Send".

    This account's top up service is made available only on 7th Oct 2018. Therefor, we will not have any transcation before the date stated. Please check again and let us know if you need further advise.
