rate: 50Defective item!
Tbh, am happy with the camera for the price I paid for. As the item is faulty, have actually requested to mail the item back for an exchange. (based on what seller has posted on ‘ notice [Return, exchange & warranty claims policy #1] , it stated that exchange by mail is possible). Seller has yet to respond on the mailing address and replied that I could only drop by to their office located @ Ubi for assessment/exchange. This is ridculous as I stay in Jurong and it doesn’t justify for me to go atw down just to exchange for a $30 item! I just hope that seller reply me soon and not selectively reply to me. Notice states that I’ve to return the item within 7 days and if I exceed that timeline, please do not put the blame on me as it is your team who took their time to respond to me. Thanks.Jan 22, 2019
